Operational global flood forecast access is major (tier 3). Attribution shared with public hydro data. Peer-reviewed skill plus live service. Realization is deployed forecasts. Medium durability as models update.

What happened

The model, related to the NeuralHydrology line, was compared with Copernicus GloFAS and deployed without paywall. Google later stated coverage on the order of 100+ countries and large exposed populations. Forecasts support alerts but do not by themselves prove lives saved in a controlled study.
